Denver and Kansas City enter their week 4 matchup as a tale of two teams at quarterback. Denver starter Case Keenum has struggled, leading a sluggish offense plagued by turnovers and penalties. Many fans have called for backup Chad Kelly but the coaching staff has maintained the job still belongs to Keenum.

The Chiefs, on the other hand, are led by hot-hand quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The Chiefs have won two games on the road already this season, so a win tonight would send them home for a nice stretch to make a run for the playoffs.  Mahomes got his first start last season in week 17 against Denver. He’ll face a Broncos team hungry to show fans, and one another, they are legitimate contenders in 2018.

"I mean, every game I go in I know that the defense is going to have some surprise they're going to try to throw at us," Mahomes said. "I know that defenses in this league are good and that defensive coordinators are going try to find ways to distract us and keep us from doing what we do.

"But I know that if we run the game plan the right way and I get the ball out of my hands and to those guys," he said, "there is a chance for success."
